Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeDesks. You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• edit channels you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• use TubeDesks to violate the YouTube Terms of Service or YouTube's policies;
• distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
• scrape, resell, or abuse the service or the YouTube Data API beyond its intended use.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

TubeDesks is currently free to use, subject to posted limits. We do not collect payments and there are no paid plans. If we introduce paid subscriptions in the future, we will update these terms and give at least 30 days' notice before any charge applies.

You retain all rights to your videos and their metadata. You grant DNH a limited, non-exclusive license to read and modify your YouTube content solely as needed to provide the service - that is, to load previews and to apply the edits you confirm.

TubeDesks depends on the YouTube Data API and its quotas, which are outside our control. We provide the service "as available," with no uptime guarantee. We may change or remove features with reasonable notice.

Reading and updating videos consumes YouTube Data API quota. Large bulk operations may be throttled or queued to stay within YouTube's limits. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by YouTube quota, outages, or changes.

TubeDesks relies on Google/YouTube and Microsoft Azure. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

DNH owns all intellectual property in TubeDesks. No ownership transfers to you. TubeDesks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or where required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," with all warranties disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing changes before you apply them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNH's total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify DNH against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, and disputes are subject to the courts of Tirana, Albania, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
